Agility vs Rigidity

We know it would be foolish to wrap ourselves in bubble wrap before leaving the house every morning, thinking it would serve as armor to protect ourselves from the dangers of daily life. If anything, it would likely only increase our chances of getting hurt by decreasing our mobility. Strength in terms of protecting ourselves from harm comes more from flexibility than rigidity. Being mentally agile is far better than putting a suit of armor on our thoughts.
