Panning for Gold

If an idea cannot be reverse engineered into a concrete plan, it’s not a good idea…yet! However, if we care enough to voice an idea, it’s equally important to put in the work and reflect on it. Gold is rarely found in an obvious manner. It’s only when we sift through the dirt that we find the nuggets we’re truly seeking. Cherish bad ideas and embrace the process of panning for gold.
